Den of Ashes is a physical space where stories of the human condition resonate as lyrical photographs, set back in time, to reflect upon and open to interpretation. They evoke emotion. Life has many stories. Mine reside here in the Den of Ashes. My story starts with my Grandparents who traveled all of the continental United States in the late 1930s and 1940s as Country and Western entertainers, The Wyoming Ramblers, who shared the stage and friendships with The Carters, Tex Ritter, Patsy Cline, Red Foley and toward the tail end of their journey, Johnny Cash. I am bringing back Western as Western Rock and Western Folk, skipping the needle forward 50 years. This is America's last great frontier, embrace it.
